Film Complaints Panel

This page contains explanatory notes and resources around the Film Complaints Panel, which provides an informal means to resolve disputes between companies working in the cinema sector.

Included here are Terms of Reference which outline what the Panel does, its organisation and procedures and how to make a complaint if you should find yourself unable informally to resolve a problem with a fellow member of the industry. 

The forms you will need to complete and submit to the Panel should you wish to proceed with a complaint are also available. However, if you are considering lodging a complaint you are strongly encouraged to discuss this with the CEA first. Click here to contact us.
