A new campaign celebrating those who make great movies possible – the audience – hits UK cinema screens this week.

The moments worth paying for campaign kicks off with ‘horror’, to be followed by ‘laughter’, ‘tears’ and ‘awe’ in the coming months.

Developed and delivered by the Industry Trust for IP Awareness with the support of the Cinema Exhibitors’ Association and a host of other partners from across the audio-visual sector, the campaign sign-posts viewers to the www.findanyfilm.com site, where they can check where and when their favourite films are available, not just on the big screen, but on DVD, Blu-Ray and online.

Commenting on the new campaign, CEA Chief Executive Phil Clapp said:

“At a time when the number of movies available not just at the cinema, but also in other formats has never been greater, Find Any Film is a great way for audiences to find their favourite film.

It signposts where and when a film they want to see is available in their local cinema, and allows them to click through to the right website to purchase tickets. And when that movie comes out on DVD, Blu-Ray or is made available to watch online, it will tell them that too. And since it’s featured on the Find Any Film site, the customer knows they’ll be buying official content and supporting the industry.”
