The UK Cinema Association has welcomed today’s announcement of Andy Leyshon as the new CEO of the Film Distributors’ Association (FDA), representing film distributors in the UK and Ireland.
Leyshon, who will take up his post in September, joins the FDA following recent senior roles in theatrical distribution at STX Entertainment and Universal Pictures.
Welcoming today’s announcement, UKCA Chief Executive Phil Clapp said:
